We accept returns or exchanges for all our products within 15 days from the day you received your order.
Returns and recalls :
- The item(s) must be in the same condition with the labels.
- The item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the item(s) if they do not meet the specified requirements.
ARE REFUNDS FREE?
Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are borne by the customer.
HOW AND WHERE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
To initiate a refund, please write us a letter hello@lincasa.com using the same email address you used to order the product(s).
We will provide you with the full return address by contacting the email address provided.
Once the item(s) have been received, you will receive a new item (replacement) or a full refund (the price of the item excluding shipping costs).
lincasa.com are not responsible for the return of lost goods. To return the item(s), we recommend that you use a registered parcel and keep the parcel details.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE ITEM(S)
