
Lincasa UAB is implementing the project "Implementation of the e-commerce model for LINCASA UAB", financed by the European Regional Development Fund as the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, under the European Union Funds for Investment Operational Programme for 2014-2020, Priority 13, "Promoting action to tackle the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and preparing for an environmentally friendly, digital and sustainable recovery", Measure No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860, "COVID-19 e-commerce model"
Project objective - Deploying information technology to manage business transactions electronically to increase revenue growth.
The project will involve the purchase of software to develop a customer self-service solution that will be used for both placing and receiving orders and communicating between customers and the sales team in a single online environment. The self-service solution will also be integrated with the company's resource management/accounting system.
