- We recommend washing linen materials separately in lukewarm water (86-104°F / 30-40°C) or cold water on a gentle machine cycle with a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
- Avoid bleach or detergents with color brighteners, as they can weaken and discolor the fabric.
- Do not overload the machine, and rinse thoroughly to remove detergent or fabric softener residue.
- Tumble dry on low heat or leave slightly damp and hang or lay flat to finish drying. For a crisp look, iron on medium to high heat while the linen is still damp.
- You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery (extended to 60 days during the Holiday season).
- Returned items must be complete, in perfect condition—unworn, unused, unwashed—with original labels and packaging intact.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued for the full product price (excluding shipping fees and additional taxes) to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
